Here's what you get with Team Double-Click's $495 Virtual Assistant Direct Placement program:

  • A virtual assistant who has completed Team Double-Click's stringent virtual assistant interview process; and
  • A virtual assistant who has completed Team Double-Click's stringent virtual assistant testing process; and
  • A virtual assistant who has completed Team Double-Click's training process; and
  • A virtual assistant who has received the Team Double-Click® stamp of approval; and
  • Two hour free consultation with a Team Double-Click® Virtual Services Representative to determine your specific virtual assistant needs; and
  • From our stable of approved virtual assistants, we select one to two whom we feel will work best for you and your company; and
  • We hold a conference call between you and the possible candidates so that you can see if the same sparks exist (no names or contact information is exchanged at this point); and
  • We chat with you one-on-one again to determine which virtual assistant you feel is the best fit; and
  • We act as intermediary, negotiating the virtual assistant's hourly rate between you and the virtual assistant; and
  • We work with you to estimate how many hours per week you will need the virtual assistant; and
  • We assist in contracting the virtual assistant directly to you or your company; and
  • Once your one-time fee of $495 is paid to Team Double-Click® and the contract is signed between you and the virtual assistant, contact information is provided to both you and the virtual assistant and
  • Two free hours of training time with your virtual assistant.
  • At this point you are free to work directly with your newly contracted virtual assistant for the rate you negotiated!
  • You will also receive 2 free hours of service from your virtual assistant after the first 10 paid hours and another two free hours after the second 10 paid hours.


The hourly rates negotiated between client and virtual assistant are often up to 50% lower than our ongoing virtual assistant rates because you cut out the middleman - Team Double-Click®! But the virtual assistant you is hire the same quality as those virtual assistants you would otherwise find through our ongoing virtual assistant services. The difference is that through our Virtual Assistant Direct Placement program, you don't receive ongoing backend support from Team Double-Click®.

Frequently Asked Questions


Q: Are Team Double-Click's direct hire virtual assistants the "seconds" or the virtual assistants Team Double-Click® didn't want?
A: Absolutely not! Team Double-Click's Virtual Assistant Direct Placement virtual assistants are of the exact same caliber as those we place with the company's ongoing clients. They've passed the same rigorous interview and testing process and have received the same training. The only difference between these virtual assistants and our ongoing client placements is that Team Double-Click® steps out of the client/virtual assistant relationship, saving you money.


Q: Who is responsible for paying my new virtual assistant's hourly rate?
A: Because Team Double-Click® steps out of the relationship once everything is firmed up, it is your responsibility to pay the virtual assistant according to the agreement you sign with the virtual assistant.


Q: Do most of Team Double-Click's direct hire virtual assistants accept credit card payment?
A: Unfortunately most virtual assistants are not set up to accept credit card payment. Other alternatives (if approved by the virtual assistant) include Team Payment through Team Double-Click®, PayPal, wire transfer, or checks.


Q: What is Team Payment?
A: Team Payment is a service provided by Team Double-Click® for the sole purpose of allowing our Virtual Assistant Direct Placement virtual assistants to accept credit card payment from clients. With Team Payment, the virtual assistant submits his/her invoicing to you through Team Double-Click®. We in turn process your credit card on behalf of the virtual assistant, minus a small fee, which the virtual assistant pays, and then we forward payment to the virtual assistant.


Q: Does Team Double-Click® perform any management of the virtual assistant after the match is made?
A: No. In Virtual Assistant Direct Placement situations, Team Double-Click's job is complete once the match has been made. Since we are not receiving an ongoing fee for services, we do not provide backend support. If you are interested in Team Double-Click's backend support and management services, we recommend hiring your virtual assistant through Team Double-Click® so we can manage the virtual assistant and her relationship with you.


Q: What if things don't work out between me and my virtual assistant?
A: Team Double-Click® does offer a limited guarantee on Virtual Assistant Direct Placement virtual assistants. The limited guarantee reads as follows: if within 30 (thirty) days of the date the virtual assistant is hired or directly contracted by client, the virtual assistant voluntarily resigns or terminates his or her position, without cause attributable to client, or client determines virtual assistant to be a bad fit for his organization, Team Double-Click® will make reasonable efforts to replace the virtual assistant at no additional cost to client. However, Team Double-Click® makes no warranty or guarantee that Team Double-Click® will be able to locate a suitable replacement. Moreover, under no circumstances will the placement fee, in whole or in part, be refunded by Team Double-Click® to Client.


Q: How do I get my own Virtual Assistant Direct Placement virtual assistant through Team Double-Click®.
A: Generally, our clients like to speak with someone at Team Double-Click® before making a hire. Once you are ready to begin the hiring process, simply complete our client registration form (including credit card information please).


Q: Will I need to pay a retainer fee?
A: While it is possible that the virtual assistant will request a retainer fee during the negotiation process, we strongly discourage retainers. Additionally, if the virtual assistant does request a retainer fee you are welcome (and encouraged) to refuse.


Q: Are there any ongoing fees that I will need to pay to Team Double-Click® once I've contracted my virtual assistant?
A: No. The only exception is if your virtual assistant opts to utilize Team Pay, your invoices will come from Team Double-Click® but we do not add fess to your invoice.


Q: Are there any weekly minimum fees?
A: Most of our direct hire virtual assistants request a three hour weekly minimum to ensure they are not holding time open for you, which is not used. They too are running businesses and must watch their bottom lines and open time.
