Buske and her co-founder, husband and life partner, Jim, believe so deeply in the virtual-working concept that they have built the company to be 100% virtual. Not only does the company provide virtual assistant services to clients, it utilizes virtual assistant services itself. With client services representatives, contractor services representatives, sales associates and coordinators, as well as virtual assistants scattered throughout the United States and abroad, the company has maintained 100% “virtuality.”

Living and working in beautiful Colorado, Buske’s experience spans rewarding contributions in the typical corporate world working for companies such as Eastman Kodak Company, Honeywell, Inc. and Jeane Thorne Temporary Services. Buske has authored hundreds of articles that have appeared in such places at ePregnancy, ePregnancy.com, Business Week and various websites and print publications.

Her entrepreneurial endeavors include owning and operating a trucking company and brokerage with her husband, where the pair drove the company to unprecedented levels of growth. After deciding that the trucking industry did not suit either of them very well, Buske centered her focus on how the communications power of the Internet could facilitate a business connection between clients with contractors from across the globe. The evolving result of this vision, Team Double-Click®, has brought together thousands of clients and virtual, contracted administrative assistants in a mutually profitable and highly efficient relationship.

The company continues to grow at a rate of approximately 50% per year with no growth reduction in site. Buske says, “This is the best ‘work’ I’ve ever done and I can’t imagine doing anything else. We help so many people, both clients and work-at-homers, each and every day that it keeps our work fun and it’s really not like working at all.”

When she is not busy personifying Winston Churchill’s motto: Never give in! Never give in! Never, never, never, never - in nothing great or small, large or petty - never give in except to convictions of honor and good sense, Buske enjoys spending her free time with husband, business and life partner, Jim, their daughter Madison, hiking, gardening, and playing with her three dogs, Belle, Hilda, and Johnny, and two cats, Clarence and Rascal.
