Our clients’ leads do not enter into a pool of virtual assistants or a lead pool. These are your leads, which are qualified for you, by your own individual team of Team Double-Click® virtual assistants qualifying the leads and giving those leads back after they’ve been developed.
Team Double-Click’s lead qualification solution can use your existing CRM program, which is operated by our virtual assistants on your behalf, or we can track the leads for you. Your incoming leads are funneled into the qualification solution,
screened by your team of virtual assistants, dripped, touched and followed up either to your specifications or ours (if you do not have a preferred follow up regimen) and the leads sent back to your sales team when they are hot and ready to buy. When the leads become hot, your staff can then incorporate them into your CRM system if you wish (or our virtual assistants can input them for you). The lead qualification solution includes funneling of your leads to your team of virtual assistants, email follow up templates, follow-up-by voice-scripts, and trained virtual assistants ready to qualify your leads.
