What Happens Next?
-
You will be sent information on taking a skills test for this position.
-
If you pass the skills test you will be asked for an interview with our HR department.
During the interview, you may be asked to sign and return contracts, set up a Team Double-Click® email account, or other items, depending on the job. Failure to do any of the items requested of you in the initial interview will immediately disqualify you from the interview process. It is up to you to complete these tasks before moving on to the next step.
After completing the items requested of you in the initial interview, you may be asked to take a work personality assessment. The assessment measures honesty, integrity, whether or not you have a helping disposition, whether or not you are aggressive, whether or not you are a team player, etc. We tend not to offer constructive or other criticism on this test. This test receives either a pass or fail. There is really no constructive criticism that can be given on these kinds of tests. Let us say for the sake of argument that you measured over-the-top on aggressiveness. That is not something we can tell you to go back and fix as if you were taking a math test. It is simply how you are and that level of aggressiveness does not mesh with our business.
-
If you pass the personality assessment you will likely be contacted for a second interview
After passing the second interview, you will likely be sent on to orientation (taken online). Orientation consists of two parts:
General company orientation for sub-contractors (you), and
Job-specific orientation based on the position(s) you are interviewing for.
After the orientation we track you as an available and qualified contractor. We note your time availabilities, skills, certifications, etc. on a separate, internal log where all placement coordinators can view it and offer assignments to you.
Generally after you have made your way through each of these steps, you will receive work rather quickly. However, if you continually turn down assignments offered, we will stop offering.
