How we work: All client contact is funneled through our main office to ensure quality control and timely responses. We are not a freelance opportunity company or a bidding board. We are a virtual staffing agency. Any work you perform on behalf of Team Double-Click® will be for one of our clients. Think of us as you would Kelly Temporary Services only virtually.
We don't have a bidding board or job board on our site. When we locate either an on-going or short-term project, we review everyone's resume and other information that you provided to see if you are a fit. If it appears that you are we will contact you individually to discuss the opportunity.
When you and we have determined that the project will work well for you, you will be given more specifics about the project.
All work that you would perform for Team Double-Click® is on a contract basis. We offer no minimum amount of work to any team contractors.
Who we serve: Our clients range from small to large businesses and are located around the world, some as far away as Tanzania, others right in our own backyard.
Team Double-Click® Fees. There are NO fees to list with our agency. We are a virtual staffing agency and work with team contractors, including you! We make it our job to secure clients and offer you projects. Plain and simple...we make money when you make money.

The Pay: The pay varies depending on the project we have and the client we're working with at the time. Some pay by the job, some pay by the hour. What we do when a project comes in is contact our qualified people, like yourself, and let you know what the project entails, what the pay is and check your availability. You always have the opportunity to turn down a project. But once you accept it, we expect you to follow it through to completion. There are no fees for you to pay for projects or to set up with our company. Whatever we negotiate with you for the project pay is exactly what you receive upon completion.
How you are paid: We pay all of our team contractors via PayPal or wire transfer. If you choose wire transfer, however, we will assess a $20 charge against ($30 for international wires) what you are owed. There is no markup from the bank on this - it's exactly what they charge us. PayPal also assesses a fee, but it's minimal.
E-Mail: We may eventually ask you to use a Team Double-Click® e-mail address, which we would set up through our web host. This would be for instances where we would ask you to communicate directly with a client of ours or our other team contractors. Using one of our addresses maintains our company's continuity in image and makes us all look more like a team. Email accounts through our host are free to all of our virtual assistants!
