How Team Double-Click® Virtual Assistants are Providing Raving Fans Service!
A new client of mine needed some advice on using TP better for her RE Biz. I used my knowledge from a current client to give her advice on how to set up her system for it to work more efficiently.

Hi Janice,I had to tell you what a great VA we have in Amy Holding. In doing my VSR calls today I spoke with two of her clients, Heidi Uhrig and Lynn Franklin. Both of them had nothing but glowing compliments for Amy and the work that she does for me. Amy has been providing the best Raving Fan service to each of these clients and it shows in the way her clients speak about her. The compliments she received were “Amy’s a perfect fit for me, she’s fantastic! Those that I work with are jealous of me and want an Amy of their own.” and “Amy is the best! I couldn’t ask for anyone better!” Hearing these today reminded me of why I do what I do and why I love my job so much. This week has been focused on reaching existing clients and exploring new referral partners. I have only received positive feedback from my clients this week. I have one client who doesn’t know how his VA puts up with him and is sure she must curse his name to others, but she is always calm, positive and does what he asks. Another client recently went through a transition to a new VA who was released from her account and she is extremely happy with her new VA, stating that her work is great and the turnaround time is excellent. I have another client who is still trying to “get in the groove” with his VA. We discussed his fears and concerns, met on some other common grounds and I believe we’ll be seeing more work from him. And his VA is actually NOT his concern. And yet another client who also just went through a switch with a VA, and a very brand new one at that told me is extremely happy with his initial dealings with her and is very optimistic for the future and longevity of the relationship. So for me, I think it’s the overall package and calling the clients was a great way to reconnect with them and let them know I am GUNG HO for them!~Ruthie Palmatier Team Double-Click VSC
