What are the Features of My Team Double-Click® Virtual Office?
You both log in the same way. Everyone has a unique log in to the system. What a client can access in My Team Double-Click® Virtual Office is different than what a virtual assistant can access. For example, when a client logs in, they can only see their work requests. Whereas, when a virtual assistant logs in, they can view all of their work requests for all of their clients.
Am I notified when a client or va makes a work request or adds a task?
Yes, My Team Double-Click® Virtual Office sends an email and/or text message when a client or VA adds a work request.
Can I access the system from my telephone or blackberry?
Currently you are not able to access the system by telephone or if you can the features will be very limited.
Why isn’t any information coming up when I click the buttons for more details or to leave a message?

How is my account set up?
Team Double-Click® will set up your account access and the access for your virtual assistant.
