What Is A Team Double-Click® Virtual Sales Associate?

A Team Double-Click® Virtual Sales Associate is an individual who wishes to build their client base, backed by Team Double-Click’s recognized branding and stellar reputation.

  • As a Virtual Sales Associate for Team Double-Click® you will have the ability to seek out clients on your own, and have them placed with one of our highly qualified executive level virtual assistants.
  • If accepted into the program, you will be allowed to use the Team Double-Click® name, brand, logos, and marketing messages and will receive sales training.
  • You build your client base and receive a commission based on the number of hours each client uses with Team Double-Click®.
  • There are no set up fees to become a Team Double-Click® Virtual Sales Associate.  However you must pass our interview process.
  • Recruit other Virtual Sales Associates and earn money from the sales generated by your recruits’ clients.  Commissions from recruits are paid one-level deep only.

The information we have provided you is just an overview of the Team Double-Click® Virtual Sales Associate program. When you apply to become a Virtual Sales Associate, you will receive so much more information about the program and strategic ideas on growing your virtual business! Compensation for Virtual Sales Associates (VSAs) and Virtual Staffing Consultants (VSCs)

  • Compensation for VSAs
    • No base pay
    • 20% of the profit margin from the sales for the clients they sign personally
    • Commission for each client is good for the first three months that the client is with the company and then commission ceases
    • VSA must reach a minimum of 20 billing clients per week and sustain that level for 8 consecutive weeks and have been with the company for a minimum of 3 months then commission increases to 40%
    • 5% of the profit margin from the sales of each new VSA they successfully recruit into the company (recruited VSA must also pass the interview process) while at the level of VSA
    • Commission for the gross sales of the VSAs they recruit is good for the first three months that the client is with the company and then the commission ceases
    • The commission for the VSA’s first two sales is split between VSA and Sales Director (or their sponsoring VSC if applicable)
    • Recruiters’ commissions are only paid one-level deep
    • Must apply for VSC and pass an interview process with Sales Director for the same
  • Compensation for VSCs
    • No base pay
    • 50% of the profit margin from the sales for the clients they sign personally
    • To be eligible for VSC, the individual must reach a minimum of 20 billing clients per week and sustain that level for 8 consecutive weeks and have been with the company for a minimum of 3 months to move to Sales Consultant and have successfully applied for and passed the VSC interview
    • Commission of 50% of the profit margin is payable on all currently billing clients, which the VSC may have signed as a VSA, for the remainder of the 3-month commission period
    • Commission for each client is good for the first three months that the client is with the company and then commission ceases
    • 10% of the profit margin from the sales of each VSA they successfully recruit into the company (recruited VSA must also pass the interview process)
    • Commission for the gross sales of the VSAs they recruit is good for the first three months that the client is with the company and then the commission ceases
    • The commission for the VSC’s recruited VSA’s first two sales is split between VSA and VSC
    • VSC is expected to assist with their recruited VSC’s first two sales to be eligible to obtain the commission split on said sales.  The 10% recruiting fee is excluded from the first two sales made by the VSA.

  • Helping to place quality contractors with clients
  • Follow up with clients and contractors you’ve put together to ensure their work is going smoothly and answer any questions they may have.
  • Reviewing daily reports to see how many hours your clients and contractors are billing.
  • Follow up with clients and contractors who aren’t billing to address any issues they may be having.
  • Be a mentor to new Virtual Assistants
  • Addressing client problems in a positive and patient manner.
  • Coaching clients to have a better understanding of how to use a Virtual Assistant.
  • Taking detailed notes on each conversation with every client and contractor you speak to and entering them into our database.
  • Keeping client files accurate and up to date
  • Many other duties as assigned

You must have a proven track record of multi-tasking and problem solving in order to be successful in this position.  You must also be comfortable being on the phones for several hours every day taking and making calls.  I would prefer someone with some type of sales experience, management experience and/or executive level administrative experience!  Most of all I need someone who is enthusiastic and wants to learn!  You must have a smile on your face and a song in your heart to do this job!  I must have someone who is optimistic, positive and loves working with people!  The person I am looking for must be well rounded and willing to change policies at a moments notice.  I need someone fun!  I need someone who is driven to succeed and truly enjoys working with others!

This position pays $12 per hour.  To begin you will be working 5 -15 hours per week but that will increase over time if you do a great job.  Your hours must be flexible to include evening and weekend work as needed.

The position is at times difficult and demanding but can also be very fun and rewarding to the right person. 

Canadian Real Estate Virtual Assistant and/or French-Speaking Real Estate Virtual Assistant

Team Double-Click® is looking for qualified candidates for the position of Canadian Real Estate Virtual Assistant and/or French-Speaking Real Estate Virtual Assistant.

Previous experience in the Canadian real estate industry a plus.  Fluency in French-Canadian language a plus.  Willingness to learn the Canadian real estate industry a must.  Residence in Canada a plus.

This client is looking for a virtual assistant to work with and for their Canadian offices, located across Canada.

As a real estate assistant for this client you will need to provide this client with the following skills:

  1. You possess real estate virtual assistance training from another company, or
  2. Be willing to take Team Double-Click’s real estate virtual assistant training.

Public Relations Virtual Assistant Needed

Licensed Real Estate Assistant

Our company is Team Double-Click® and we are a virtual staffing agency. We staff small and home based businesses, and especially real estate agents and brokers, with virtual administrative assistants, virtual transaction coordinators, and virtual marketing consultants. Our virtual assistants are live people who perform administrative tasks from their own home offices.

In this down real estate market, some licensed agents are thriving, while others are struggling to make ends meet.  What we would like to do is put you, the licensed agent or broker to work as a virtual assistant, marketing assistant, and/or transaction coordinator, working through Team Double-Click® with other agents and brokers whose businesses have not been so adversely affected by the current market.

Customer Service for Large Real Estate Brokerage

Team Double-Click® is the exclusive provider of virtual services for a large (2,500 agents) real estate brokerage. We receive roughly 100,000 hours of work per year and require virtual administrative assistants to provide customer service on behalf of the client.

We are actively accepting applications for people who can answer client phones, return calls, follow up on leads, qualify inbound leads, and enter data into the company's contact management software. All time is set up in shifts. When you respond we also need to know your phone availability. Shifts (listed as Eastern Time) are: 6am-Noon, Noon - 6pm, and 6pm - Midnight, 7-days a week (excluding New Year's Day, Easter Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day).

You need to show proof of virtual assistant or real estate virtual assistant training from an outside organization, or be in the TCRE training in order to interview for this position. Starting pay is $10/hour with an increase to $11/hour if and AFTER you've "graduated" from what the client refers to as POVA (entry-level position - answering phones only) to vCAM (more advanced position with more duties - you must first work as a POVA and prove your skills before you will be moved to vCAM).

These positions require the following:

  • Excellent phone voice and clear speech.
  • Ability to use a Freedom Voice (www.freedomvoice.com) system, which you will be taught.
  • Use of Yahoo instant messenger.
  • Ability to receive incoming calls.
  • Ability to make outbound calls.
  • Ability to receive inbound leads via email.
  • Follow up on inbound leads via telephone and email.
  • Ability to learn new software programs.
  • You must have a thick skin - these folks are New York execs, some worth several million dollars. They may be gruff and/or short with you at times. You cannot take offense and need to be able to disarm them if needed and not become defensive or rude in turn.
  • Prior phone or customer service experience is a plus.
  • When on shift you must be able to answer the phones without fail.
  • You must be able to make suggestions and offer feedback on the system.
  • Be able to speak articulately and communicate well.
  • You must be able to take excellent notes quickly and input those notes into the client's contact management program.
  • Be able to ask questions if instructions are unclear or you do not understand the instructions given.

Billable time for this client:

  • Meetings called by the client (all meetings are done via teleconference or web meeting).
  • Time on shift if working.
  • Training time after you've begun taking shifts.
  • Time reading the daily email summary AFTER you've completed training.

Non-billable time for this client:

  • Standby time even if on shift.
  • Meetings called by Team Double-Click®.
  • Initial training (prior to taking your first shift).
  • Time spent reading the daily email summary BEFORE you've completed training.
  • All initial training time prior to beginning work. Training for this client is approximately 3-4 hours in length.

Telemarketing/Cold Calling

Team Double-Click®'s clients are constantly asking for virtual assistants who are able to make cold calls.  While some clients need lead qualification (inbound and outbound), warm calls, and general telemarketing, many also need virtual assistants to do hard-core cold calling.

If you're unsure what cold calling is, it's sitting down with a list of names and phone numbers (or even a phone book in some instances) and calling to make a sales pitch.  They're called "cold" calls because the companies or individuals you are calling on are "cold" in that they have not shown interest in, or in some cases heard of, the company you may be calling for yet.  Cold calls are generally not a preferred task but nonetheless necessary for many organizations to drum up more business.

If you apply for the cold calling positions, we expect that you will have previous experience in this type of work and not deter easily at the word "no" while calling.  At a minimum, you must be very willing to make this type of call if applying.  We also expect that if you apply for cold calling, you will accept this type of position later when the positions are offered. 

Additionally, virtual assistants who apply for this type of work and later decline or refuse to cold call will not be considered for further assignments.  So be absolutely sure this is what you want to apply for before applying.  Currently we have a waiting list of clients who need virtual assistants willing to make these types of calls.

Internet Marketing

Team Double-Click's clients are constantly asking for virtual assistants who are able to perform internet marketing tasks.  Examples of tasks our clients are requesting include blog management and support, publishing ezines, organizing email campaigns, social media marketing, article submissions, affiliate research, auto-responder management, podcasting, online competitor analysis, and more.   

If you apply for the internet marketing positions, we expect that you will have previous experience in this type of work for an organization other than your own.  You may not use personal blogs or your own personal business as examples of your qualifications.

Additionally, virtual assistants who apply for this type of work will be asked to show examples of what you have accomplished and discuss the results you have produced for others.  This is a results oriented position and you will not be considered without being able to discuss the results you’ve achieved through your work.  We currently have a waiting list of clients who have requested VAs experienced in internet marketing.
